Given that they both have one of the biggest shows on REVOLT, it was only right that Yung Miami would stop by “The Jason Lee Show” for a candid interview where no questions were off limits. Trust and believe that during this hour-long conversation, Miami is getting into some things, such as where things currently stand between her and Diddy, her acting role on “BMF” (which got a lot of attention on social media), and most of all, when fans can expect a third album from the City Girls. Not to give anything away, but it’s sooner than y’all think.
Over the summer of 2021, Miami started making headlines when it was rumored she was quietly dating Diddy, which the pair confirmed on the rapper’s REVOLT show, “Caresha Please,” last September. While speaking to HU Founder Jason Lee, the “Jobs” hitmaker touched on finding out Diddy had welcomed a baby girl into the world soon after going public, which took a lot of fans by surprise since fans had no idea Diddy was expecting another child. Many people on social media speculated whether Miami was left in the dark about the news, but she reaffirmed in her interview with Lee that she certainly knew ahead of time.

Asked if she cared when she found out Diddy was expanding his family while still in a relationship with her, Miami said, “If I said no, that would just be me saying anything. I kinda cared, but it was just, like, okay. It was like a lil, you know, it was a lil, okay.” She also spoke on going viral last summer when she attended the BET Awards and held up a sign that read “Go Papi” as Diddy graced the stage to accept his Lifetime Achievement award.
Fans considered the viral TV moment rather awkward since the Bad Boy Records founder made no mention of Miami during his speech and instead brought up the names of other women. “I think what’s understood doesn’t have to be explained,” she told Lee in regards to her relationship with Diddy and the attention that came with the “Go Papi” sign.
“And I think when you live in your truth, and you vibe how you vibe with who you vibing with, I don’t give a f*** what the people think.” Lee went on to ask Miami to elaborate on what she would consider vibing with her boo, to which she added, “We just doing us.”
“He doing him, I’m doing me. And we together, we together.” Lee followed up by asking Miami about her sex life with Diddy, jokingly quizzing her on whether he says “Take that, take that” when they’re getting intimate in the bedroom, prompting the rapper to burst out in laughter.
“Next question,” she gleefully responded.
Though she’s been pretty private about her love life with Diddy in the past, Miami didn’t feel the need to hold back as she openly told Lee some of the qualities that she loves and respects about the music mogul.
“He’s just a vibe, like he’s just a cool person, like, he a man,” Miami expressed before agreeing with Lee on him also being a good father, inspiring, and motivational. “He goes, take you to church, he’s gonna take you on a trip,” she added.
