Yung Bleu Reacts After Being Criticized For Tweeting “Free Gunna, Free Young Thug & Free YFN Lucci: “Why Would I Pick A Side”

Yung Bleu recently hopped on Twitter to show support to fellow rappers Young Thug, Gunna and YFN Lucci who are all in the slammer dealing with serious charges.

One fan said, “just pray in silence.” Another added, “Lost Lil bro tryna play both sides.”

Responding to the backlash in a follow-up tweet, Blue said, “Why would I pick a side in a another Nigga beef Both sides need prayers c ion wish jail on no man not even ya worst enemy . most y’all dude not even from Atlanta getting news from the internet . dnt no wats really going on just like I don’t . As we previously reported online, jail records show that Young Thug was arrested on May 9 in Atlanta on Georgia state charges of participation in street gang activity and conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. His arrest is the result of a larger grand jury indictment that names 28 members and associates of his label and imprint YSL (aka Young Slime Life.) Fellow rapper, Gunna, was among the names listed in the 56-count indictment. He is also charged with conspiring to violate RICO.

Gunna officially surrendered to police last week. Both MCs have been accused of possession and intent to sell a variety of narcotics, receiving stolen property, as well as general street gang activity. They were also alleged to have been involved in a bunch of crimes, including the attempted murder of rapper YFN Lucci, with their alleged gang, YSL ou probably gonna do is go to jail.
