Chris Chan has been charged with the incest rape of his elderly mother and reportedly caused a scene at a Virginia courtroom after a judge misgendered her.

Christine Chandler a.k.a. Chris Chan,39, corrected Judge David Barredo for using “he” instead of “she” during the proceedings at Green County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on Thursday. Additionally, Chandler interrupted the proceedings again then bragged about her “celebrity” status on YouTube. However, Barredo said he was simply reading the records that were presented to him.
Chandler was arrested and charged Tuesday for incest after a phone call was leaked on an instant messaging platform where she reportedly admitted to having sex with her 79-year-old mother Barbara who allegedly suffers from dementia. In the audio message, Chandler claims her mother ‘made the first move’ and it led to the pair kissing each other. The transgender YouTuber also claimed she has been holding in sexual feelings towards her mother for years.

The internet star is well known for creating a comic book character named “Sonicchu”, a mix between pop culture icons Pikachu and Sonic The Hedgehog. She currently has over 50,000 subscribers on YouTube and a documentary called ‘Chris Chan: A Comprehensive History’ which breaks down the internet star’s entire backstory.
Chandler has a previous arrest where she and her mother were arrested back in 2011 for reportedly hitting a manager at game center with her car. She was also arrested in 2014 for assaulting a GameStop employee with pepper spray.
