According to Fox News, since Makeda’s Cookies decided not to reopen, the building owner decided to remove the memorial. The only thing left is the posters on the walls of what used to be the cookie shop.

Now despite all the balloons, flowers and candles that has didn’t stop Dolph fans from still coming to the site. While speaking with the outlet, some of his fans shared how they feel about it: “I don’t think they should take this down,” said Dannielle Griffin Noell. “I think they should make it a museum or something like the Trap Museum in Atlanta.”

This latest news on the rapper comes just days after the West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center released the autopsy report the Memphis rapper, revealing that he was shot a total of 22 times.
