In new legal documents obtained by the news site, prosecutors in Georgia say the rapper violated the conditions of his $500,000 bond the first day after getting released from jail as he awaits murder trial. They claim he went to an Atlanta studio then the strip club the same day. To make matters worse, they pointed out that it’s the same club at the center of an investigation into a gang-related shooting.
In addition to all of this, prosecutors claim YFN Lucci’s ankle monitor has been tampered with because they strongly believe there’s a bunch of missing and irregular data regarding his whereabouts for extended periods of time, TMZ reports. Not only that, but they add that YFN Lucci allegedly tested positive for marijuana and opiates in a drug test, which they say is yet another bond violation.
As we previously reported, Lucci was released from jail back in February, but under conditions that he follows his bond rules.
But now, prosecutors want a judge to revoke his bond so they can keep him in custody until the end of his murder case.
