According to NBC Miami, Corey Pack has filed the lawsuit against Cleopatra Bernard in Broward County claiming that Bernard is transferring money to companies that she launched from XXXTentacion’s estate. Last year, Pack filed a previous lawsuit claiming he was owed some money from the estate, which is worth more than $50 million.

His lawyer, Robert Stok, said in the following statement Thursday that the “fraudulent transfer complaint seeks to recover assets being transferred from the probate estate by XXX’s mother, Cleo Bernard, in order to deprive our client Corey Pack, of a recovery, if he’s successful in his efforts to secure his inheritance rights either under his late brother’s trust or will.”

Pack along with his other brother had 25% interest in their brother’s estate while Bernard had 50% interest. The news outlet also noted that the complaint state there were some issues with the estate because of a paternity agreement between Bernard and the mother of XXtentacion’s son, Gekyume. He was born three days after the rapper’s would have been 21st birthday in 2019.
