Wow! Florida Man Admits To Fatally Stabbing Mom Because She ‘Never Pushed Him To Be A Man’ — Says he ‘Would Do It Again’ If He Could

A man is now behind bars for killing his mother and stabbing his sister for the most bizarre reason.

The wild incident took place on November 29 at around 4:13 pm, according to NBC News. Deputies in Osceola County got a report of a possible stabbing in the town of Kissimmee. When they arrived, they found an unidentified woman lifeless on the living room floor and another with severe lacerations to her hands, according to authorities. Cops also found a man named Matthew Sisley, 21, a “short distance away” from the stabbing with blood on his hands.

When they took him in for questioning, he
confessed to both intentionally stabbing his mother to death and “accidentally” stabbing his sister. Sisley was asked: “Do you think your mom deserved to get stabbed?” He responded, “Yes.” When asked why he would commit such a crime, his response was, “Because she [his mother] never pushed me to be a man.” Now as wild as that sounds, things got crazier as he admitted that he would do it again!

The detective asked to elaborate on him not being “pushed” by his mom to be a man. When he didn’t, he was then asked if he regretted what he’d done. Sisley allegedly responded: “No. I would do it again.”

According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Sisley was booked into the Osceola County Jail for Aggravated Battery w/ a Deadly Weapon (Domestic). Additional charges are
forthcoming. This was an isolated incident.
Jail records Friday showed Sisley remained at the facility on the battery charge with an additional charge of premeditated murder. His bond in the jail indicated $0, according to records.

While it’s not clear if Sisley retained an attorney, a motion for pre-trial detention filed by state prosecutors Wednesday in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Osceola County, notes that Sisley’s sister witnessed the deadly attack.

“The victim heard their mother screaming for her life. When the victim came out of her room, she observed the defendant stabbing their mother multiple times with a kitchen knife,” the motion said. “The victim attempted to intervene and sustained multiple deep lacerations to her hands from the defendant cutting her.”

The motion has asked the court to keep Mr. Sisley in jail without bond.
