A Japanese luxury brand has earned a Guinness World record for the world’s most expensive ice cream at a price of $6,700.

Cellato’s new protein-rich ice cream flavor, named Byakuya, was listed as the most expensive in the world, as reported by Oddity Central. The flavor reportedly consists of a velvety-like base made with milk, egg yolks, two types of cheese, and sake leek. It is topped with Parmigiano cheese, white truffle, oil, and gold leaf.  It also has a faint sweetness, complex taste, and smooth texture.

The flavor’s packaging includes a handmade wooden spoon created by craftsmen in Fushinmi, Kyoto, and it is listed at a price of 880,000 Japanese yen ($6,700) on Cellato’s website.
