The man had sexual affairs with over 12 women and made multiple accounts on different social media platforms.

Pu,60, created eight different Facebook accounts, four Instagram accounts, and three Line accounts to meet women and convince them to have a sexual relationships. According to his partners, Pu frequently targeted single mothers, and he told the women that he worked as a managing director of a Japanese company in the country. However, he was exposed when one of the victims, Noo Ya, revealed how he ended their relationship after she posted a photo of them on one of her social media profiles. He reportedly told her that he divorced his wife eight years ago and wanted a serious relationship. Additionally, he wanted to keep their relationship a secret.

Pu’s scheming love affair also caught the attention of his eleven other girlfriends, aged 40-60, who said they had a similar experience with him. After the reveal, the women sought legal advice from lawyer Ratchapon Sirisakhon on July 17 in Nonthaburi. They expressed concerns about being sued by Pu’s wife since Thai law allows the legal wife to sue those who had an affair with her husband as long as they were not manipulated into a relationship, as reported by Yahoo! News.

According to the Thaiger, the women could be fined for the affair between 500,000 baht (13,000 USD) to 5,000,000 baht(136,314 USD), depending on the legal wife’s status. Noo ya says she wants to apologize to Pu’s wife and explain how her husband manipulated all the women into a sexual relationship. Ratchapon said to the women that they would have to file separate complaints to the police to avoid the lawsuit.

After learning about the case, eleven other victims came forward about the affair and said they didn’t know he was married either.

A similar case occurred last year, but the wife won 200 000 baht after suing her husband’s mistress.

The woman from the Central province of Chai Nat won the case against her husband’s mistress in Juvenile and Family Court, which ordered the woman to pay damages. Nipaparn,33, provided her marriage certificate to prove that she was legally married to her husband. Nipaparn and her husband have been married for 15 years and have two children.  Their story went viral after pictures of the couple arguing during his wedding to the mistress in February.

She later filed a case with the court and requested to be compensated in damages. However, the mistress tried to file a counterclaim and sue for 1 million baht due to Nipaparn reportedly “bringing her shame.” After winning the case, Nipaparn wrote on Facebook:

“The feeling after knowing that I won is worth more that 300,000 THB. She has been shamed by the whole country all throughout the media. This is worth more than the money that she must pay. I am more beautiful now and that is worth more than 200,000 THB with the interest. I must thank this experience. Say goodbye to the old days and welcome my new face”.
