A Michigan college student explained the bizarre story surrounding the pregnancy and birth of her son on TikTok.

Hope College senior Teagan Brill,21, said she took a pregnancy test in February 2021 after noticing some changes in her body and assumed she was a month or two along after the results were positive. According to the New York Post, Brill was also in a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend Mitchell, who lived in Colorado, so the couple only spent time together on different occasions.
However, Brill was unaware that she was nine months pregnant and was within a week. “I woke up Tuesday morning not feeling good. I was gonna go poop, and I looked down and my hole was huge … I literally felt it and it was like rock hard, and I was like, ‘This is a child.’” she explained in her TikTok video.

She further explained how she attempted to contact her roommates for help but none of them answered their phones. So she called 911 while she was giving birth to her son Owen on the toilet and wrapped him in a towel once medics arrived.
“I pulled him out. The entire time I was on the phone with the EMT. I couldn’t stand up … They arrived about five minutes after I had my child in the toilet. I looked down, saw him coming out, pulled him, wrapped him in a towel, and then the ambulance came.”
Brill didn’t experience any symptoms during her pregnancy and turned 21 when she was 6 months along. Medics said Owen was a healthy baby boy and didn’t show symptoms of fetal alcohol syndrome. Also, she is now married to Mitchell.
