A Pennsylvania woman died  after she accidentally fell into a commercial meat grinder at a storage warehouse.

The Daily Mail reports Jill Greninger,35, fell into the meat grinder while operating it at the Economy Locker Storage Co. around 11:40 am Monday. There were no witnesses at the scene when Greninger died but Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Keissling Jr said the woman was standing on a set of stairs with wheels before she fell.

One employee told police that they heard a noise and found Geninger’s body in the grinder.
