Per Forbes, 24-year-old Chloe Mrozak flew to O’ahu on Aug. 23 and investigators were notified about her suspicious document. Inouye international Airport after she was recognized her because of her tattoo.

The fake vaccine card states that Mrozak got both doses of the vaccine in Delaware, by NRA, which records show as non existent.
