A Wisconsin married woman accused of decapitating her lover during a drug-fueled sex session choked her lawyer after a witness failed to appear in court on Tuesday.

Taylor Schabusiness, 25, assaulted her attorney, Quinn Jolly, around 8:48 a.m. on Tuesday in a Greenbay courtroom. However, Jolly was not hurt in the attack, and officials said it happened when a witness who agreed to testify about Schabusiness’s health failed to appear in court. The purpose of the hearing was to determine whether Schabusiness was fit to stand trial.
She is currently charged with first-degree homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault after his severed head was discovered in a bucket in her home by the victim’s mother. Schabusiness admitted to performing oral sex on him and using a toy on him after he died, according to the Daily Mail. She pleaded not guilty due to mental illness or a mental defect.

Before the attack, Jolly was expected to introduce the witness but told Judge Thomas Walsh that the witness wasn’t not appearing in court. Additionally, he asked for two more weeks for the testimony since the witness did not complete their report, and Walsh agreed to postpone the trial to May 15. Moments later, Schabusiness launched at Jolly and started choking him.
A court official told all attendees to leave the courtroom after three sheriff’s deputies restrained Schausiness. A supporter of the defendant also tried to calm her down and sat her against a door before she was escorted out of the courtroom. Jolly told the judge that he plans to file a motion to remove himself as Schabusiness’ lawyer.
She was arrested last year after victim Shad Rock Thyrion’s mother found his head in a bucket in her basement. Tara Pakanich, 47, contacted police after waking up by the storm door slamming and hearing Schabusiness driving away.
‘TP went into the basement and did not see anyone, so she started to walk back up the stairs, and that was when she noticed a bucket next to the bottom of the stairs. TP stated she removed a blanket that was over the bucket, and she discovered the head of the Victim,’
Schabusiness admitted to police that she knew Thyrion and they started taking drugs together, such as methamphetamines and a sedative called Trazadone. She claimed she blacked out and said, “oh, that f*cked up* after officers described what they found at the scene. She also told them that she and the victim were having sex when he put his chain around his neck a technique they had practiced before.
She suddenly blurted out, ‘Damn the head. I can’t believe I left the head though’ and told officers that they were ‘going to have fun trying to find all of the organs as she had dismembered the body.’
