Witness Reportedly Told Cops They Saw Megan Thee Stallion And Kelsey Nicole Fighting Just Moments Before Shooting — Meg Speaks Out
More details are starting to come out about the shooting incident involving Tory Lanez, Megan Thee Stallion and her ex-bff, Kelsey Nicole.
During Tuesday’s preliminary hearing a detective testified an independent witness who allegedly saw the shooting happen. The witness told cops they saw Megan Thee Stallion and her female friend, Kelsey, fighting just moments before Meg was shot in the foot. Now, this a major piece of evidence Tory Lanez’s team feels cast serious doubt on what Meg said about him being the alleged shooter.
Now, what comes off even more shocking is that Tory’s attorney, Shawn Holley, says that muzzle flash detail is “corroborated by the gunshot residue found on the other female’s hands.” She also told the outlet that, “It was further established that Megan gave several inconsistent accounts of what happened that night and that she omitted key information to the police.” Holley is referring to what Meg initially told responding officers; that she had glass, and not a bullet, in her foot. However, Meg later claimed that she only said that at the time because she was afraid Tory would get shot.
Holley said, “We look forward to the opportunity to cross examine her at trial about the numerous inconsistencies in her story.”
Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion is sounding off on these reports. She said,
“Don’t blogs/ journalists have to have accurate/ credible sources before going with a story ? Or is it just like a new I got paid to post this or I heard out from my home girl type policy these days.”
She added, “Like I’ve been SHOT and the focus of some these headlines are dismissing that I was attacked with a WEPON WHILE I WAS UNARMED and trying to paint it as a cat fight between friends why do I have to relive this with everyone on the internet every day ? And watch y’all gaslight me.”
