Wisconsin Supreme Court Rejects Donald Trump Administration’s Election Lawsuit
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has declined to hear the Donald Trump administration’s election lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to President-elect Joe Biden.
In a 4-3 decision, Supreme Court officials in the battleground state have refused to listen to Trump’s lawsuit and are stating that his claims have no merit and his case — which he filed directly with them, asking them to disqualify more than 221,000 ballots — must first go through the lower level courts.

While Trump’s attorney Jim Troupis claims he’d usher in new lawsuits in Dane and Milwaukee counties, Thursday’s rulings kicked his little plans to the curb, further showing how any legal course of action in Wisconsin regarding ballots and the election are nearing the end of the road. However, thats’s not stopping him or his client’s administration, as they fully intend on taking the Supreme Court’s advice and will be filing immediately with a circuit court.
Elsewhere, Trump’s case and appeal in Pennsylvania has been lost as well.
