Dr. Timothy Klausutis stated in the letter that his beloved wife Lori had an undiagnosed heart condition and fell then hit her head on a desk 19 years ago. She was found dead in her office the following day and she was only 28 at the time of her untimely demise. Around that time, Lori was a staffer for former US Congressman Joe Scarborough and according to the letter, there have been conspiracies surrounding Lori’s death. Now, the widower included tweets by President Trump that called Lori’s death a cold case and questioned why Scarborough resigned from his position without an explanation.
“The President’s tweets suggest that Lori was murdered–without any evidence(and contrary to the official autopsy) is a violation of Twitter’s community rules and terms of service. An ordinary user like me would be banished from the platform for such a tweet but I am asking that these tweets be removed.”

Klausutis also argued that similar content was permanently removed from Twitter for violating their terms of service and said his wife deserves better.
“I’m asking you to intervene in this instance because the President of the United States has taken something that does not belong to him-the memory of my dead wife–and perverted it for perceived political gain. I would also ask that you would consider Lori’s niece and two nephews who will eventually come across this filth in the future. They have never met their Aunt and it pains me to think they would ever have to “learn” about her this way.”
A statement from Dorsey has not been released but one of Trump’s tweets has been flagged for “misleading content.”
