‘White Boy Rick’ Arrested: Girlfriend Accuses Him Of Punching Her After He Said Another Woman’s Name During Sex

Richard Wershe Jr., better known as ‘White Boy Rick’ who was a undercover drug informant was arrested in Miami!

Miami police arrested Wershe, 53, on Tuesday, after his girlfriend of four months reported that he attacked her during a fight on Saturday. According to WPLG, Worse was at his condo and having sex with the woman and while they were in the act Wershe uttered another woman’s name. Officials told WPLG that when Wershe’s girlfriend tried to get out of bed, “he forcefully grabbed her left arm and snatched a diamond bracelet and necklace that he had bought her. She managed to pull away, throw a shoe at him and miss.”

A witness told police that Wershe then caught up to his girlfriend and punched her “in the chest,” according to the news outlet. “The police report doesn’t specify who the witness was or why he or she was present.”Wershe has been charged with robbery by sudden snatching and misdemeanor battery. Robbery by sudden snatching is a third-degree felony. He has been released from Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $5,000 bond.

Now if your not familiar with the 2018 movie, Wershe became known as the youngest FBI informant in history in the 1980s. He was born on July 18, 1969, in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

At the age of 14, Wershe began working as an informant for the FBI, providing information on drug dealers in Detroit. However, he himself became involved in the drug trade and was eventually arrested in 1987 for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Wershe was sentenced to life in prison without parole under Michigan’s strict drug laws, despite being a juvenile at the time of his offense. In 2021, he was released from prison after serving 32 years behind bars, following a series of legal battles and public campaigns to free him.

Wershe’s story has been the subject of several documentaries and a Hollywood film called “White Boy Rick,” released in 2018, which starred Matthew McConaughey as Wershe’s father.
