Just days after Bad Boy Records founder Diddy was hit with a lawsuit by ex-girlfriend Cassie, a longtime executive at his company Bad Boy Entertainment has also been slapped with one.

According to Rolling Stone, Harve Pierre, the former president of Bad Boy is being sued for allegedly grooming and sexually assaulting his assistant. The complaint filed in New York County Supreme Court and obtained by Rolling Stone states that he’s being accused of preying on the Jane Doe plaintiff “on multiple occasions in New York City and other locations throughout the country.”

The filing continues to allege, “Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her. Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.”

The lawsuit which also names Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises as co-defendants, also accuses the companies of negligence in addition to gender violence. The lawsuit states, “Defendants knew or should have known that Pierre was unfit to be in a position of authority before Pierre sexually assaulted plaintiff.” It notes that the companies failed to “properly supervise” Pierre.

More On What Happened

The assistant who remains anonymous alleges Pierre sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions from 2016 to 2017. She says she suffered physical, emotional, and psychological injuries, along with pain and suffering as a result of the incidents. The alleged victim is now asking for damages that will “fully and fairly compensate” her.

So far, Pierre has not spoken out to deny or clarify these reports and allegations made against him.

Meanwhile, A spokesperson for Bad Boy said in a statement to Rolling Stone, “We have recently become aware of a lawsuit filed in New York by a former employee. The allegations are from many years ago that were never brought to the attention of the company. Neither the plaintiff nor the executive are current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees.”
