Wendy Williams Shoots Her Shot At Gary Owen: “Would You Like To Have Dinner?”
As previously reported, Gary Owen is a single man after his wife of 18 years, Kenya Duke, officially filed for divorce earlier this year.
While appearing on The Wendy Williams show, Gary provided some details on his big split. However, the most interesting part of the interview was Wendy shamelessly shooting her shot at the comedian!
Wendy, 56, who finalized her divorce from Kevin Hunter last year, admitted to Gary: “The first time we met, Think Like A Man, I was married, you were married… I was looking like ‘Okay, who’s that?’ I was married at that time, I’m not dead.” Gary said he was shocked to learn that she found him attractive but Wendy then admitted, “You stuck out to me.” At the end of the segment, Wendy concluded the conversation by asking him to dinner.
Gary looked a little taken back but he explained that he wasn’t going to say “yes” or “no” on air because that’s how rumors start. Wendy then assured him that she will be able to clear all the rumors since she has her own show.
