Witty blogger and media personality Perez Hilton, famous for his sarcastic celebrity critiques, never stops surprising the public. After announcing his decision to make his blog more positive and less biting, Perez Hilton is now opening up about his journey to improve his life through…drawing.

Known for his curiosity about new and unexplored methods, Perez decided to try a relatively new practice called Neurographics — a scientific way of transforming reality through drawing. A year ago, he gave it a shot for the first time and is now ready to share the results. He explains why he turned to Neurographics and how his life has changed since.

Perez, thank you for choosing to share this with us. How did you first hear about Neurographics, and what made you want to try it?

I saw an ad on social media and thought it seemed like an interesting concept. It was something new, so I had to give it a try. At first, I was skeptical — drawing on paper seemed like something you do when you’re bored. But I got hooked. It helped me cope with emotions, stress, and that constant storm of thoughts in my head. When I saw the first results, I was pleasantly surprised.

What personal issues did you want to address through Neurographics?

First and foremost, I wanted to address my inner struggles and improve my life. I’ve always been an emotional person, and as a public figure, I face a lot of criticism and pressure. I wanted to find a way to better control my emotions and manage internal conflicts. Neurographics helped me calm down, clear my mind of stress, and see things from a new perspective.

Did you study the method on your own?

Honestly, I thought I could just learn from YouTube videos. But it turns out, it’s not as simple as it seems. To really get results without hurting myself, I started learning from an experienced instructor at the online Neurographics school, Mindful Line. They walked me through the main principles of creating neurographic drawings, explaining every step—how to draw and why each stage was important. That’s why it worked for me.

What emotions and thoughts came up while you were drawing?

I love expressing emotions through art. At first, it felt weird—I was drawing like a child, with no plan or goal in mind. But then the magic happened. I started working with my subconscious, and realized that my thoughts were getting in the way of the process. I let go and relaxed, and my mind began to reboot. It felt like working with a psychologist, but without words.

How do you think Mindful Line has affected your life and daily routine?

This school helped me by teaching a method that reduced my stress and allowed me to see things from a more positive perspective. I’ve become better at handling situations that once stressed me out and making decisions more easily. One of the goals I set before starting the course even came true.

It’s a creative method that helps you dig deeper into yourself, find your inner resources, and achieve what you want through drawing. You express your thoughts and feelings on paper, set meaningful intentions, and form new neural connections that help break old patterns of thinking and behavior.

How did your loved ones react to your participation in the program? Did they notice any changes in you after these sessions?

Provided

They definitely noticed changes in my behavior, and all for the better. My friends even suggested I share my drawings on my blog because they have a more positive impact on me than my celebrity reviews (laughs).

Do you plan to continue practicing this type of creativity?

I really enjoyed the program, and I think it will become a part of my life. It’s been helping me work through problems and explore my needs. The process of self-discovery is incredibly rewarding, and honestly, it’s a lot cheaper and more eco-friendly than seeing a psychologist.
