Waka Flocka Speaks Highly Of wife Tammy Rivera As He Talks About Separation: “That’s My Best Friend And The Biggest Blessing In My Life Was Raising Charlie”
Despite calling it quits after eight years of marriage, Waka Flocka has nothing but sweet things to say about his estranged wife, Tammy Rivera.
The rap star recently appeared on It’s Tricky With Raquel Harper, where he talked about his separation from the Love & Hip Hop star for the first time. Waka says Tammy is still his best friend, and while many people would assume there’s some kind of beef or nasty incident behind their breakup, he insists that’s not the case for them.
Waka states that they have simply grown a part. When asked by Harper if they could ever worked things out, he decided not to answer but said he could never hate Tammy. Instead, he also went on to share that his biggest blessing is their daughter Charlie — who Tammy had in a previous relationship. Waka says Charlie helped him appreciate life and made him feel like a role model; and for that reason, he keeps in mind that he would never say or do anything crazy because ultimately, it would affect Charlie.
As we previously reported, Tammy Rivera recently confirmed that she and her husband Waka Flocka Flame are no longer together amid speculation that they split due to him cheating. However, while on Instagram Live, the former reality star said that even though they are separated, there is no bad blood between them.
