Disney voice star Jim Cummings, who is famous for being the voice behind Winnie the Pooh has been accused of sexual assault by his ex-wife.

The Blast reports that Jim and his ex Stephanie Cummings had been married from 2001 to 2011. They have two young daughters together and are currently battling it out in court over alleged abuse that occurred towards the end of their marriage.

According to court documents Stephanie alleges that Jim “has engaged in physical, sexual and emotional abuse including but not limited to death threats, rape, and various sexual deviant behavior forced upon me without my consent.”

She recalls an incident in August 2011 where Jim assaulted her in front of their young child, “He later came up behind me,” she claims, “grabbed my arm, spun me around, and forcefully put his hand on the back of my neck and kissed me while holding me in place against the wall.”

She also alleges that Jim would use child support payments to “demand sex from me in exchange for meeting his support obligations.”

In addition, she says he has a drug and alcohol problem and that is the primary reason that their marriage broke down.

Jim denies the allegations and says he is trying to deal with his wife amicably but she repeatedly threatens him saying, “I will go and I will ruin your reputation … I am going to tell people Winnie the Pooh is a woman beating, drug addicted freak!”
