“Victorious” and “Dynasty” star Liz Gillies has married music composer and producer Michael Corcoran in an intimate ceremony last month after their original date was postponed due to the pandemic. However, fans of the actress noticed Corcoran and Gillies knew each other since her days as a teen actress.
Liz Gillies,27, announced her wedding to Corcoran,47, earlier this week on her Instagram page. She shared photos of the wedding and stated they tied the knot at a private ceremony with the caption “8*8*20.” During her interview with Vogue, Gillies said she knew Corcoran for years and “always had a crush on him” but it took them a while to start dating. Before their marriage, the couple started dating when Gillies was 21.
However, fans noticed on Twitter that Corcoran and Gillies worked together on the set of Victorious years before they started dating.
Liz Gillies’ husband was a music producer for Nickelodeon/frequent Dan Schneider collaborator, including on Victorious. That made him 38 when he met her at age 17.
She said they’ve been dating since she was 21 but it “took a while” before they starting dating???
