Adriana Reyes, the mother of the Uvalde shooter, Salvador Ramos recently spoke in an exclusive interview with Daily Mail. During the conversation she explained how she believes her son is in heaven and also shared why she refuses to apologize to the victims’ families.
As we previously reported, Salvador Ramos made national news when he killed 19 children and two teachers at Robb elementary school. While visiting her son’s grave at a cemetery outside of San Antonio, Texas the mother explained why she won’t issue an apology to the victims’ families. “What will it accomplish? It’s not going to bring back their kids and it won’t change their minds on what they think of me or my son,” Reyes, 42, explained to the news outlet.

The interviewer went on to ask Reyes if she thinks her son is in heaven or hell and she responded by saying, “My son’s spirit is in heaven,” she said. “I also feel his spirit is with me as well. I believe God has forgiven him for what he did,” she said, adding: “The only people who are in hell are the ones who betray Jesus.” Later in the interview she also shared a story about how her son showed remorse for the killings during a dream that her daughter had. “A younger version of Salvador appeared in her dream, and he was crying to her, telling her he was sorry for what he had done.”
As we previously reported, nineteen children and two teachers were killed after a gunman opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. The husband of one of the teachers killed also died two days later from a heart attack. The couple was set to celebrate their 25-year anniversary.
Four families whose children were wounded during the mass shooting at Robb elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, also sued the estate of the gunman, Salvador Ramos. The suit revealed his estate is responsible for more than $100 million.

“This initial lawsuit will allow us to discover evidence and possibly add other parties to the lawsuit, if necessary,” Thomas J. Henry said in a press release. “The discovery process will focus on the school system, law enforcement, social media, and gun and ammunition manufacturers.”
The complaint says the gunman, Ramos, had “intentionally injured these young children, stole their innocence, and forever changed their lives. They witnessed their friends and teachers being shot and dying in front of them. They were locked into the room with Ramos as he shot their friends and were forced to stay there for over 45 minutes, hurt and frightened before police finally entered the room and shot and killed Ramos,” the complaint reads. “The emotional toll they endured is incomprehensible and will be with them for the remainder of their lives.”
He is a mass shooter, please do not use their name. We should not even post pictures.
