UPDATE: Tristan Thompson’s Request To Have Paternity Accuser Pay $100K For Ruining His Reputation Gets Denied — Alleged Baby Mama Reacts
As we previously reported, Tristan Thompson wanted his paternity accuser to cough up $100K for ruining his reputation with her big allegations, but according to TMZ, his default judgment request has been denied!

According to new legal documents obtained by the news site, it was denied due to some “issues” that need to be corrected. The NBA star wanted the judge to hit his accuser, Kimberley Alexander with $100k in damages plus additional costs, claiming the allegations seriously hurt his reputation after she publicly claimed that he is the father of her baby.
While Tristan hasn’t commented on the latest update in his case, Miss Alexander took to Instagram to react to the news. She said: “DENIED. Now let’s get to the bottom of what’s really going on @khloekardashian And yes I tagged her and what?”
Although Alexander took a small win, she still has to deal with the current lawsuit against her. As we previously reported, Tristan Thompson filed a libel lawsuit against Alexander over her “false” and “defamatory“ claims.
