UPDATE: Scott Disick Plans To Sue Rehab Facility Over Leaked Photo
On Monday, reports started coming in about Scott Disick checking into rehab. At the time, it was said that Scott was getting treatment for cocaine and alcohol abuse as he‘s reportedly struggled with that in the past.

Along with those reports came with a photo of Disick at the rehab facility and since the pic emerged all over the internet, the reality star has been pissed!! Scott’s lawyer Marty Singer is now speaking out to set the record straight.
Singer tells TMZ that Disick was NOT there for coke and booze. He says, “In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas.” Apparently, he’s been quarantining in L.A. by himself and it gave him time to realize that he had not fully coped with the death of his parents.
As for the leaked picture, Scott’s team believes the photo was taken by a staff member and not a patient, and that could trigger criminal prosecution. TMZ was told that the photo was taken of Scott upon his check-in to the facility. As soon as Scott learned of the photo leak, he immediately called for a car to pick him up, and he’s now left the facility and heading back to L.A.
Singer says the facility’s reckless move is an outrageous HIPAA violation.
