UPDATE: Saweetie Speaks Out To Address 2020 Elevator Fight With Quavo
Just two days after the video leaked of her fight with ex-boyfriend Quavo, Saweetie is now breaking her silence on the 2020 incident.

In a statement to @theshaderoom and TMZ, Saweetie explains that “This unfortunate incident happened a year ago, while we have reconciled since then and moved past this particular disagreement, there were simply too many other hurdles to overcome in our relationship and we have both since moved on.”
As we previously reported, the video showed Saweetie swinging on the Migos rapper while trying to get onto an elevator before he is seen throwing her to the ground. The clip had fans concerned, with many assuming that things have gotten physical more than once.
Now, although Quavo has confirmed their split last month, he has yet to speak out on this incident that has been brought to the spotlight.
