ICE agents identified the man as Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez and arrested him Thursday after he was bailed out of jail for breaking into Hannah Vivarette’s apartment. Before his arrest, he was served a notice to appear in immigration court and we previously reported that he lived in the same apartment complex as Vivarette. Gomez was arrested for immigration violations and said he was an “unlawfully present” Mexican national as per TMZ.
After receiving news about the arrest, Vivarette’s landlord said she is free to break her lease without any penalties and she is currently looking for a brand new apartment.

Her lawyer, Symone Redwine, said in the following statement: “Hannah is extremely relieved to know that Angel was been detained and that she has been released from her lease. She continues to search for safe, affordable housing and looks forward to continuing therapy and beginning self-defense class.”
It is unclear if Gomez will be deported due to his immigration status.
