UPDATE: Ivy Park Deletes Image Of Two Models Accused Of ‘Blackfishing’ On Instagram

As we previously reported, Beyoncé’s popular clothing line Ivy Park has been hit with tons of backlash over an image that was posted to their official Instagram account. Their latest promo snap showed two models, who many are accusing of blackfishing!

The photo, which was posted on Wednesday, Dec. 8, starred two “influencers” who go by Alena Biuni and Anastasia on Instagram, respectively, sporting clothes from the second installment of Ivy Park’s relaunch. Fans of the brand quickly pointed out that they were Russian women who have been posing as Black women. Fans also flood the Ivy Park’s comment section, with some even tagging Beyoncé to bring it to the busy star’s attention.

Although no statement has been made by Bey or Ivy Park following all the online criticism, fans noticed that the company has finally deleted the controversial promo pic of the girls from their Instagram account.
