Whew! Looks like Flo Rida has a new hefty bill that he has to take care of annually!

As previously reported, the entertainer was taken to Family Court by his ex-girlfriend Alexis Adams, who is also the mother to his son. In April it was revealed that the rapper had allegedly been refusing to pay child support for his disabled 6-year-old boy after the child fell from a five-story window back in March. Her attorney previously shared that although the 6-year-old was in stable condition and is recovering, he was still suffering from serious injuries including a “Fractured pelvis, shattered pelvis, liver lacerations, internal bleeding, punctured lungs,” attorney Steven Haddad explained.

Speaking more about the fall, Alexis Adams said at the time that more precautions should have been taken. “The window guard that was requested didn’t get installed, instead they put a window stopper and the window stopper wasn’t long enough to prevent the window opening large enough to let Zohar, unfortunately, fall out,” Haddad said.

After the incident, she decided to put Flo Rida on blast for the lack of help. However, it now appears that the child support case has recently been settled.

According to a senior correspondent at The Insider, he has agreed to a massive child-support package following a Family Court hearing that took place in New York City on Thursday. The package is a reported combination of monthly and annual payments that could cost him nearly half a million dollars a year.

The news site reports that the rapper was told to pay $14,000 a month in support as $2,212 a month in health insurance for Zohar, per the agreement with his Alexis Adams. In addition to that, he was also ordered to set up a $300,000 escrow account for Zohar’s needs. It was said that the account must be replenished annually, around each September. Now, on top of the package, Flo Rida will have to make a one-time $188,000 wired payment to Adams immediately for outstanding expenses, which also includes Zohar’s school costs.

More On Flo Rida

While that all seems like a hefty price, Flo definitely has the money. Earlier this year, a jury sided with Flo Rida and awarded him $82 million after agreeing Celsius breached its endorsement deal with the rapper. He accused them of not paying him the stock options and bonuses he was allegedly owed if the company hit certain sales markers. Specifically, Flo was after the 1 percent ownership stake in the company that he said he was actually promised to him as part their deal.

Following his victory he said in a statement to Rolling Stone, “From the start, I only wanted what I worked for, nothing more, nothing less. I was instrumental in the Celsius that you know and love today. When this journey began no one knew Celsius. I took Celsius all over the world through my videos, concerts, appearances, and social media. I have gained a new respect for the judicial system. God bless America.”
