UPDATE: Faith Evans Asks Judge To Reject Stevie J’s Spousal Support Request
Faith Evans is reportedly wanting a judge to refuse Stevie J’s plea for spousal support, according to court documents.
According to Florida News Times, Evans is striving to maintain “all property acquired before marriage, by gifts, inheritance, or ingenuity, and after the date of separation” also petitioning that the judge deny Stevie J’s proposal for spousal assistance.

According to the Evans court filings, the couple has been officially separated since May 29, 2020, while the love and hip-hop star documents state October 19, 2021.
As we previously reported, Despite Stevie filing for divorce at the beginning of November, and Evans expecting no spousal support from him, they still are still maintaining a friendship on each other’s Instagram pages. A photo of the two is the singer’s profile picture, and she recently posted a video of the two doing kart wheels on the beach, but in a recent interview, the singer was asked about her relationship status. Faith dodged the question and said she stopped discussing her relationship publicly back in the 90s.
Stevie recently made headlines because he accused Faith Evans of cheating on him. The video showed him walking in the bedroom while she was laying down and he was cussing at her asking how could she do something like that to him. A few days later Stevie made a public apology video.

“I’d like to make this video for my wife,” Stevie said. “A video was released last week that showed me like talking crazy to my wife, publicly humiliate my wife.”
“Nah, she ain’t cheat. I was just in the moment. You know how us guys do,” he said. “I’d like to take the time to apologize to you, Faith, and let you know I love you. I’m here for you, always.”
