Damon Dash has responded back to the lawsuit filed against him after he attempted to sell Jay-Z’s debut album “Reasonable Doubt” as an NFT.

After receiving news of the lawsuit, Damon Dash said he is not letting that stop him from selling “Reasonable Doubt” and the lawsuit has several errors. Dash claims he is reportedly selling his entire stake in Roc-A-Fella and not Jay-Z’s debut album.

He also revealed that in March, Jay-Z wanted to buy 1/3 of the share but the price was unacceptable in his eyes. He added that “under the terms of the deal with a potential buyer, the buyer would buy my share of Roc a Fella Records, and Jay-Z will have exclusive administration rights,” if he comes to a negotiable price with a buyer.

Dash believes the lawsuit was used as a scare tactic to prevent him from selling the shares and added that he has the right to sell them legally.
