UPDATE: Chrissy Teigen Receives 2 Blood Transfusions After Suffering Severe Bleeding During Pregnancy
Just hours after Chrissy Teigen revealed that she had been hospitalized due to severe bleeding during her pregnancy, the cookbook author and model took to Instagram again to give a new update.

Teigen, who is eating her third child with husband John Legend, told her fans that has been forced to receive two transfusions to help with the bleeding. Teigen posted a photo where she is clearly frowning while sitting at a table ringing in the new year.
She captioned her post: “Hello from the hospital. About to have my second blood transfusion which truly truly truly sounds more dramatic than it is,” she began. “It’s an IV, but instead of fluids, the blood of some kind human being out there. Baby and I are completely fine, just missing the little things like walking…cooking…playing with the other buttbutts. came across this little gem from ringing in 2020. It all makes sense now!”
Before sharing this update, Chrissy told fans she is continuing to take her medication and will remain on bed rest. She is supposed to relax, and try and get through the ‘danger zone’ of the next few weeks.
Fans have been sending the star prayers and encouraging words to get her through.
