Uber has fired a driver after she kicked out a gay couple for kissing in her car.

One of the women filmed the incident and posted it on her Facebook page. The women said that the driver told them to get out of her car because their lifestyle violated her beliefs.

According to NJ.com Uber revealed that it no longer works with the unidentified driver.

“Uber does not tolerate discrimination in any form and we have been in contact with this rider,” spokesman Grant Klinzman said. “We removed the driver’s access to the app as soon as we were made aware of this incident.”

Kristin Michele and Jenn Mangan say they got in an Uber on their way to a Zac Brown Band concert in Camden when Michele gave Mangan a kiss on the cheek. The driver then stopped and told them to get out, claiming she has the right to refuse any passenger.

When Michele asks if the woman’s kicking them out because they are gay, she responds “Yes, I am. Yes. Get out.”

The driver claimed she was Christian and “didn’t believe in that.”
