The stolen U-Haul appeared to be what Adidas uses for e-commerce shipments. Thankfully, the truck with the shoes which were estimated value of over $250,000, were recovered by officers the following day. Police announced that a 26-year-old man identified as Rupert Crosse was arrested and charged with aggravated theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.
As of right now, the case remains under investigation. PPB is asking anyone with information to contact them.
