An event that was supposed to be super fun, turned into a complete tragedy over the weekend in Iowa.
According to TMZ, chaos erupted during the “Pull Up Car Show,” which featured cool cars and drag races. Live performances from various artists including Boosie who was scheduled to take place. However, something else unexpected happened.
Just as the concert portion of the event was about to start, gunshots rang out in the parking lot, resulting in the deaths of two men in their late twenties from Omaha. The details about what happened are still unclear. However, due to the shooting, the concert had to be canceled. Boosie posted on Instagram, mentioning that he had been waiting for hours to get on stage and seemed unaware of the situation. However, despite the chaos, he encouraged his fans to head to a nearby nightclub to keep the celebration going.

This is not the first time something like this happened at a show featuring Boosie. Back in 2017, someone opened fire at his show
in George, also leaving two people wounded.
So far, investigators identified the shooting victims Marcus Johnson, 28, and Charles Williams, Jr., 27. Both were from Omaha in this latest incident. It was also said that another person may be critically injured.
Local reports state that several law enforcement agencies have since joined the DCI to assist with the investigation, including the Iowa State Patrol. At this time, the suspect is still at large.
Police did not provide further information at this time. However, investigators are asking anyone who has information about the shooting to call the Mills County Sheriff’s Office at 712-527-4871.
