In a report by TMZ, Mopreme Shakur called the move “uncool and uncalled for” after Trump’s team “invited” the late rapper to the Vice Presidential debate as a jab toward Harris.  She made the mistake last month during an interview with CNN commentator Angela Rye after being asked who was the best rapper alive.

Shakur also stated that he knows Trump will not apologize for the troll attempt. He says, “We should know Trump’s lack of respect for the Black and brown community.” However, he believes the president should make it up to the family by releasing Tupac’s stepfather from prison.

Mutulu Shakur was sentenced to 60 years in prison back in 1988 for RICO conspiracy, armed robbery, and multiple bank robbery murders. Shakur says his father has acknowledged his wrongdoings while serving time but was denied parole 8 times.
