Five months ago, the Trump Burger location on Chimney Rock Road in Houston, TX opened its doors, and now, as of Thursday (October 9), this location has shuttered those same doors. Inside it displayed tons of memorabilia on the walls and doors honoring and paying homage to President Trump. Additionally, the burgers notably have his last name “Trump” stamped on them.

The Houston Business Journal visited the location twice this past week during peak business hours. However, upon arrival each time, the H-Town burger joint had its neon sign off. Additionally, it displayed a “closed” sign on its locked front doors, accompanying its small deserted parking lot. The publication also made multiple phone calls to the restaurant’s phone number, but no one answered.

Owner Of A Trump Burger Restaurant In Houston, Texas Arrested By Donald Trump’s ICE

Beainy, a Lebanese immigrant, was arrested back on May 16, 2025. Shortly before this, it was learned that he had overstayed his visa. Homeland Security official told The New York Post that he also faces deportation after ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) arrested him.

Beainy first entered the United States back in 2019. According to ICE, he was supposed to leave the country in February 2024. An ICE spokesperson told The Post that Beainy doesn’t have any immigration benefits. This means nothing would prevent him from being arrested or removed from America. Following his May 16 arrest, he was placed into immigration proceedings. On June 13, an immigration judge granted his request for bond while awaiting his proceedings.

The ICE spokesperson fully stated:

“Despite false claims to the contrary, Roland Mehrez Beainy does not have any immigration benefits that prevented his arrest or removal from the United States.

Beainy is a 28-year-old illegal alien from Lebanon who entered the United States in 2019 as a non-immigrant visitor, but he failed to depart by Feb. 12, 2024, as required under the terms of his admission. ICE officers arrested him on May 16, 2025, and he was placed into immigration proceedings. On June 13, an immigration judge granted his request for bond while he undergoes his proceedings.

Under the current administration, ICE is committed to restore integrity to our nation’s immigration system by holding all individuals accountable who illegally enter the country or overstay the terms of their admission. This is true regardless of what restaurant you own or political beliefs you might have.”
