Tristian Thompson is threatening to file a lawsuit against Sydney Chase after she made allegations that he had sex with her after he recently got back with Khloe Kardashian.

A cease and desist letter was issued to Chase days after she claimed the Celtics player had sec with her. Thompson’s attorney, Marty Singer, said in the letter that Chase’s allegations were “defamatory and malicious” and added that Thompson did not send her any text messages or establish any relationship. Additionally, the letter calls the Instagram model a liar and claims she doesn’t have any proof of the affair.
According to TMZ, it further states that if Chase doesn’t stop with the allegations, she will find herself defending the lies in court. “You do so at your peril since you may find yourself in court attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct,” it reads.

A similar letter was sent to “No Jumper” host Adam22 to cease and desist the interview with Chase but the parts where she discussed Thompson have been edited out. Before the lawsuit threats, Chase apologized to the couple for airing out their business in a TikTok video.
“That’s not ok and I shouldn’t have done that. However, me answering questions about our past relations, that is true. We did have past relations, u then found out he was in a relationship and I ended things.”
