Yung Joc says he loss money while filming a TV show because he betted that he would cut his hair if Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion trial would end in a mistrial.

During the interview with Vlad TV, the “It’s Goin Down” rapper explained the reason why he thought it would end in a mistrial. “It’s so many thing that are coming out in this case it just might end up being a mistrial I never said that Tory was innocent or was guilty I never said that Meg was innocent or she was lying or she knew what was going on. I never said any of that stuff. I just was like, man I don’t know what the hell, I wasn’t there. But what it look like, is it’s gone be a mistrial and Tory not gone get convicted.”  He then goes on to say, “Well, I misspoke, he was convicted. He was found guilty.”

While speaking on the topic Joc shook his head and admitted that the bet costed him some money because he was filming a tv show where he had to have the same hairstyle. “I was working on a show and for continuity sakes I had to have the same hair that I had and forgot about it so when I cut my hair off every time I filmed I had to do the unthinkable.”

Vlad then goes to question if Yung Joc had to wear a wig and Joc revealed it wasn’t a wig nor a weave but he had to get a “unit” installed in his head. After showing up the set the staff sent him home and saying, “Nah you are not coming on here looking like your name is Gustavo Ramirez.” Referring to the star character from the hit show ‘Snowfall.’

As we previously reported, Tory Lanez filed an appeal to throw out his conviction for shooting Megan Thee Stallion and says prosecutors tried to set him up with irrelevant evidence.

According to court documents, the artist’s lawyer, Jose Baez, stated that prosecutors submitted a shirtless photo of his client with a firearm on his chest. Prosecutors stated during the trial that it was for identification purposes. Nonetheless, as reported by TMZ, Baez believes they did it to persuade the jury that his client had a penchant for weapons. Additionally, the criminal lawyer claims it was a reversible error for prosecutors to present the jury with Lanez’s rap lyrics.

Per the legal documents, the jury also heard an 80-minute interview with Kelsey Harris, who was in the vehicle when Megan was shit. Although the audio impacted the outcome of the case, Harris later recanted her interview statements
