On the latest day of trial of the Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion shooting case, the witness who claimed to have seen Tory, Megan and her ex-best friend Kelsey Nicole Harris in the street is testifying.
Tory Lanez & Megan Thee Stallion Shooting Witness Reportedly Saw A Woman Fire The First Shot, Then Tory Shoot Multiple Times
According to several reports, the witness, Sean Kelly, reportedly claims he saw a woman fire the first shot, then reportedly claims he saw Tory Lanez allegedly fire multiple shots then after.
The witness also reportedly claimed that he saw three people beating up a fourth woman, and that he thought the assailants were going to kill her.
According to reporter Meghann Cuniff, Tory’s lawyer, George Mgdesyan reportedly asked Sean Kelly if he saw a muzzle flash. Kelly said, “Yes,” and added, “About the same time that the smallest individual got out of the car.”
He continued, “[The small guy] got out about that time, all shouting.” He said, “I saw more flashes.” and that he never heard anyone say, “Dance, b*tch,” which is what Megan had accused Tory of shouting before allegedly opening fire.
Kelly reportedly continued, “I just want to be clear. I never saw a gun – I just saw flashes.” He clarified that the flashes he first saw were “from the girl,” but also said, “They were all together. They were very close together.”
He continued to add, “[The short guy] was very angry, he was making lots of noise.” He also clarified that he saw Tory “step out of the car and join the fray,” that was already ongoing. “They were fighting. They were all pulling each other.”
So, Mgdesyan then asked if Kelly saw the shorter guy take the gun from one of the women, and he said, “I never saw that.”
According to Cuniff, Kelly repeatedly testified that he believes that it was a woman who fired the first shot. “I believe I saw a girl shoot first.”
He added, “They were all fighting. [The shorter guy] was pushing and fighting both girls. Everyone was fighting. Even the driver.”
Later during Kelly’s testimony, he was asked by Deputy DA Alexander Bott how many shots he saw the short guy shoot. Kelly said, “Four or five.”
