Tory Lanez is being sued by a couple who allege that the rapper’s vehicle collided with their car — and instead of checking on them to make sure they were okay, the recently filed court documents claim he fled the scene. The incident allegedly took place on New Year’s Day 2021 in Miami, when Krisha and Jesse Grullon exited a highway and came to a stop at a red light.
The “Say It” star is then said to have crossed their path and struck their vehicle with his Bentley SUV. The hit-and-run was particularly scary for Krisha, who notes that she was four months pregnant at the time and was understandably shaken up by what had transpired. The pair are now hoping for a judge to grant them in getting Tory to sit down for a deposition after he failed to counter their accusations against him within 45 days.
News of Tory’s alleged hit-and-run incident comes just weeks after he was accused of getting physical with August Alsina at a backstage concert in Chicago — not to mention he’s also currently dealing with the ongoing legal case stemming from 2020 when Megan The Stallion claimed he shot her in her feet following a dispute.
Last month, August posted a rather disturbing image of himself on Instagram, following his alleged brawl with Tory, which left the R&B singer bloodied and bruised, as seen in the photos he attached, accompanied with a lengthy caption.
“Tory continues to ask w/ a broken ego why I didn’t dap him up, I go on to tell him.. I was a fan of him and didn’t understand him speaking on my business publicly In the past, because I don’t know him or ever met him until last night,” he wrote.

“So when he spoke it caught me off guard because of his past actions, i assumed he didn’t like me, that’s all. Not to mention, with my history of health & condition just recently overcoming being paralyzed, my doctor directed me not to compromise my health while out on road and shake as less hands as possible due to corona, & monkeypox.”
It was later revealed that the reason why August refused to shake Tory’s hand after running into one another backstage at the concert was all because, according to August, Tory had spoken out about the entanglement situation with Jada Pinkett-Smith, which the “No Love” singer did not appreciate.
It’s understood that these two are still not on good terms.
