Tori Kelly’s Husband Says She Is ‘Smiling Again And Feeling Stronger’ Amid Hospitalization

Tori Kelly’s husband, Andre Murillo is speaking out after the grammy winning singer was recently hospitalized for blood clots.

Murillo took to his instagram to give her fans an update on her health: “Tori is smiling again and feeling stronger. Not fully out of the woods but we see the sun. Just waiting on a few more answers. Your love and kindness has been overwhelming. Thank you so so much!” He shared.

As we previously reported, two days ago Tori was rushed to the hospital after dining with friends in Los Angeles. TMZ reported the news that she passed out and doctors were treating her for multiple blood clots found around her vital organs.

Kelly first gained public attention when she appeared as a contestant on the popular TV show “American Idol” in 2010. Although she was eliminated before the finals, her performances caught the attention of many, leading to opportunities in the music industry.

Her career took off with the release of her EP titled “Handmade Songs by Tori Kelly” in 2012, which she had independently produced and self-published. Tori gained further recognition and a larger fanbase through her YouTube channel, where she covered popular songs and showcased her original compositions.
