Tokyo Toni’s trying to raise some cash to make Blac Chyna’s appeal — hopes to reconcile with the Kardashians if they do the “right thing”
While Tokyo Toni is trying to raise money to make Blac Chyna’s appeal happen, she also hopes the Kardashians will do the right thing by her daughter so they can all eventually reconcile.
As it was previously reported Blac Chyna’s lawyer has confirmed that she will appeal the verdict of her defamation case against the Kardashian-Jenner family after the court cleared the Kardashian members of all key questions on Monday, and no monetary damages were awarded to the model. After taking her L in court, her mother Tokyo started a GoFundMe to raise the funds, but the page hasn’t seen much activity… so far it’s at $810.

All the drama stems from Chyna’s move in 2017 when the model took legal action against the famous family, claiming they canceled her show, Rob & Chyna. She was seeking more than $100 million in damages, claiming that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner interfered with the show’s future and used their influence at the E! Network to end the series. As a result of the family’s clained actions, Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, argued that her client’s career in reality TV was “permanently damaged” and she lost a significant amount of income.
“At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell [my children] King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me. And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too,” Chyna tweeted in April 2022 as the trial began.
While things didn’t work out in her favor, her mom Tokyo ultimately wants to make peace with the Kardashians and Jenners. However, she encourages them to “do what’s right” and stop the war for the sake of her granddaughter, Dream Kardashian. Aside from this, Chyna has been in good spirits even after she lost her $100M defamation suit, saying her time in court had been fun. Although the trial featured tons of explosive testimony, with the Kardashians claiming Chyna was violent with Rob, threatening to kill him, and Kylie Jenner, it looks like Tokyo and Chyna are ready to put things behind them.
While that seems like a good idea, that probably won’t happen for a while as people are pointing out more petty moves by the Kardashians. According to journalist Dennis Byron who has been following the case, he tweeted this Thursday, “Next level petty🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ #KimKardashian just donated to #BlacChyna gofundme appeal fun.” Now, it’s not clear if that’s the real Kim Kardashian who donated or just some fan being messy. Either way, looks like drama will continue.
