TikTokers Bryce Hall and Blake Gray are facing criminal charges after hosting several parties at a mansion in Hollywood Hills. They face a year in prison and a $2,000 fine.

According to Fox News, the pair is facing two misdemeanors along with a citation after hosting two parties less than a week apart despite the city’s policy regarding large gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic. On Thursday, the Los Angeles city attorney’s office filed the charges against the TikTok celebrity but he said in a statement that none of the attendees for the Aug. 8 and 14 parties have tested positive for the coronavirus.
If you remember, L.A. mayor Eric Garcetti shut off their water and electricity at the rented home after receiving news about the massive house parties.

Hall apologized for his actions and told TMZ that the city deserved to turn the utilities off after putting hundreds of people at risk during the pandemic. He initially threw the party to celebrate his 21st birthday.
