Rochelle Hager has passed away after a freak accident in Maine when a tree fell onto her car while she was driving.

The rising TikTok star was driving in Farmington when the tree fell onto her vehicle during a powerful wind storm on Monday. Authorities who investigated the scene said Hager died instantly and the news was confirmed by her fiance Brittanie Lynn Ritchie. Ritchie said in the following statement that she and Hager were set to get married in October.
“She has a phone mounted in her vent. I just heard a crash, and then there was nothing. She didn’t see the tree coming. It was instant,” she said of Hager, who was an executive chef. We were getting married October 16 — we had already gotten the venue and photographer and everything,”

The couple made TikTok videos together focusing on positivity and making their followers smile. Before her death, Hager had 130,000 followers and 1.2 million likes.
“We had a following on TikTok, and she was all about positivity and making people laugh. She was that kind of person.”
