‘Tiger King’ Ranks as TV’s Most Popular Show Right Now
Folks are all cooped up in the house while in quarantine due to the global spread of the novel coronavirus. While some people are home finishing up some work, cleaning their house, or playing with their kids, most people are also catching up on some good movies and TV shows.

The latest Netflix series “Tiger King” has got everyone talking. The crime-style docuseries that debuted March 20 on streaming service, follows the story of Joe Exotic, real name Joseph Maldonado-Passage; an animal-enthusiasts and egomaniacs, locked in a bitter feud to dominate the exotic animal market.
Thanks to all the shocking and hilarious moments, the Netflix series is now the most popular TV show out right now, according to Rotten Tomatoes. Variety notes that it has a 97% critic’s rating and a 96% audience score — sticking it at the top of the site’s most popular TV shows list, ahead of Netflix’s “Ozark” Season 3; USA Network’s “Queen of the South” Season 4; and USA’s “The Sinner” Season 3, the news site reports.
But get into this, the show is also the No. 1 most watched title in the US for March 29 on Netflix’s own daily rankings. The success of the series is not shocking since a bunch of people including celebs like Cardi B and Kim Kardashian have been glued to the show since it aired.
