Tiffany Haddish recently revealed that she found a way to access people’s personal information and admits to tracking the trolls down who are spamming her social media accounts.
While speaking to the Los Angeles Times the “Girls Trip” actress reflected on some of the comments she’s received on social media and named some of the hateful words that stood out to her. She stated that she noticed people call her “pedo” and “not funny” which led to the comedian creating a Finsta account as a fake woman named “Sarah” so she can look into all of the trolls who have been commenting on her page and gather details about their personal life.
“I’ve learned how to find people’s information — like I pull up the credit report, police records. You can do that for $1.99,” Haddish said. “Sometimes, I get so mad that I’ll get the phone number and I’ll just call them.” She added, “Oh, I have called people, honey. They be shocked that I called. They’ll be like, ‘I can’t believe you even saw that.’ You did a whole video, bitch! You made a full, five-minute video! On the internet, people think they can just say whatever and you not gonna say anything. I try my best not to, but I’m a human being.”
It’s no secret that Tiffany Haddish had to overcome some controversy. Most recently she was arrested for a DUI that caused some turmoil in her life. As we previously reported, Haddish recently got arrested for a DUI back in November and vowed to get help following the incident. While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the Girls Trip actress vowed that it “would never happen again.”
Haddish was found asleep inside her vehicle. Haddish explained to ET that her Tesla parked itself when she dozed off but her car was blocking a portion of the street. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,” she added. Nevertheless, Haddish says despite what happened she is staying positive and she also spoke highly of the Beverly Hills police department on how they handled the situation.
That incident was marked as Haddish’s second DUI arrest, with the first occurring in January 2022. At that time, she was arrested in Atlanta after officers responded to a report of someone sleeping behind the wheel. Haddish faced charges of DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, eventually being released after posting a $1,666 bond. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon later that month, she poked fun at the situation.
“I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man, a good man. God went ahead and sent me four in a uniform,” Haddish quipped. “I wasn’t expecting it. I was not expecting that at all. Now, I’ve got a really great lawyer, and we’re going to work it out. I’ve got to get my asking of things to God a little better.”
