Tichina Arnold has filed for divorce from her husband Rico Hines three years after the couple separated amid his sex tape scandal.

The divorce paperwork was filed earlier this week, citing “irreconcilable differences” and Arnold is asking the court to block the ability to award spousal support to both parties. According to TMZ, “The Neighborhood” star listed their separation date as January 12, 2016, and during that year, Arnold said she was planning to divorce Hines after discovering the sex tape he made with another woman.
Additionally, Hines allegedly had affairs with 20 different women and didn’t use protection on multiple occasions as she described in a group text with friends and family: “I can’t for the life of me understand why Rico would video himself f—ing ‘raw dog’ ONE of his MANY extraneous whores that ‘trick’ on him for his money.” The outlet also reported that the video was also sent in the group chat as proof.

The former couple has no children together and a statement has yet to be released about the divorce.
