Soto, who was nine months pregnant, was last seen at her Leon Valley apartment, and her family immediately grew concerned when she failed to show up at the hospital for her induction. The Leon Valley Police Department issued a CLEAR alert, describing Soto as a white female, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her worried mother, Gloria Cordova, had pleaded for her safe return, urging her to come home.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said in a statement that investigators will be working with the Leon Valley Police Department to investigate the teen’s death. However, it is unknown who located the car and did not indicate if Soto’s unborn child had survived. Additionally, Soto’s TikTok followers accused Guerra of abuse after noticing she had bruises and marks in her videos, the Daily Mail reported.

However, his mother said in a deleted Facebook post that her son is not an abuser and feels like the couple were killed due to his line of work.

The hashtag #savannahsoto has gained significant traction on TikTok, with millions of views, as users share their thoughts and theories about the case.
